The design proposes a strong exterior skeletal frame of stone, immediately simple, but with a subtle complexity that reveals itself momentarily and disappears again at certain times of the day when the light is just right. Inside the frame, each floor consists of either two three or four apartments enclosed by an arbitrarily angled clear glass curtain wall. This perimeter configuration is mirrored and rotated up the building providing a level of repetition for construct-ability, but a random appearance to the light they reflect back to the outside.

Each apartment has its own exterior terrace accessible from the the living dining and bedroom areas.

Interiors areas are enclosed with clear glass curtain wall, terraces mitigate the hot dry climate dominated by intense sunlight.
